Public Housing

THA currently owns Mary Olson apartments. To apply for public housing, you must complete an application. Applications are available at the front desk and can be only dropped off in person on Tuesday and Wednesday between 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. . The waiting list is currently about 18-24 months long, depending on the size of unit needed. Once you apply, please make sure to report any changes to address or phone number while on the waiting list. This is the only way we can contact you.
